Storm commenced bagpipe lessons in the small town of Bega NSW in 2008 with the town piper, on a casual basis.
She purchased her first set of bagpipes in 2009 in Glasgow. She continued learning and playing up until 2014 when she enlisted in the Australian Regular Army where she served up until 2018.
After leaving the army she commenced work with the Department of Justice.
In late 2019 she started private tutor lessons with the Sydney School of Piping & Drumming. This is where she says her passion and ability for bagpipes grew and she commenced playing with the GMMPB - # 3 in September 2020 and she says she has been enjoying it ever since.
Storm now plays a set of Ivory and Sterling Silver Kintails bagpipes that have been bored out to Henderson dimensions.

Jeremy Suggett

Jeremy began piping in 1999 with Jim MacDonald after receiving a Practice Chanter for his 21st birthday.
He progressed over 4 years to play at weddings of close friends.
After not playing for 15 years Jeremy pursued Barry Gray at the Sydney School of Piping & Drumming.
The Covid period was a great opportunity for him to reconnect with something that he truly loves.
After a few short months he had regained and worked on his skill set and was invited along to the newly formed GMM#3 band in 2020.The amount he has learnt from Barry in a short time has enhanced his skills and future aspirations for the pipes with GMMPB and in September joined GMM.
Jeremy plays a set of ivory mounted 1940 Henderson bagpipes.

Aaron Whybrow

Aaron commenced lessons with the Governor Macquarie Memorial Pipe Band in 2016.
He first performed at Anzac Day 2018.
His first competition was with the the Grade 4 band at the State Championships in 2018 where the band placed 3rd in the selection of marches.
Aaron's son Sam is a snare drummer in the #2 band.
