Role of Band Management Team
All professional and business band affairs are managed by an elected group, known as the Band Management Team (BMT). The BMT meet regularly to ensure the smooth operation of the Band. They administer all of the band’s financial and other non-music affairs. The BMT is also in charge of organising bookings for the band, and coordinates with the Music Committee to enter competitions and overseas tours.
